One More Night with the Frogs
Scripture: Exodus 8:8-10
Exodus 8:8-10 (NKJV) Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron, and said, "Entreat the LORD that He may take away the frogs from me and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may sacrifice to the LORD." 9 And Moses said to Pharaoh, "Accept the honor of saying when I shall intercede for you, for your servants, and for your people, to destroy the frogs from you and your houses, that they may remain in the river only." 10 So he said, "Tomorrow." And he said, "Let it be according to your word, that you may know that there is no one like the LORD our God.
Introduction
In the scriptures, Israel always typifies those who chose to serve God, live according to His precepts, and receive His protection and blessing. Egypt, on the other hand, always typifies a sinful, rebellious lifestyle with its godless mind set, temporary pleasures and eternal consequences,
I. The significance of frogs
Exodus 8:3-4 (NKJV) "So the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and come into your house, into your bedroom, on your bed, into the houses of your servants, on your people, into your ovens, and into your kneading bowls. 4 "And the frogs shall come up on you, on your people, and on all your servants."

Exodus 8:9 (NKJV) And Moses said to Pharaoh, "Accept the honor of saying when I shall intercede for you, for your servants, and for your people, to destroy the frogs from you and your houses, that they may remain in the river only."

B. You can say when the process begins
1. You can start your recovery now
2. You can wait until later
C. Are you willing to spend another night with your frogs?
III. The aftermath of your choice
Exodus 8:13-14 (NKJV) So the LORD did according to the word of Moses. And the frogs died out of the houses, out of the courtyards, and out of the fields. 14 They gathered them together in heaps, and the land stank.
A. Death of your precious frogs
Colossians 3:5-6 (NKJV) Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. 6 Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience,

Romans 6:12-13 (NKJV) Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. 13 And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
C. Enduring the stench / decay - The unpleasant consequences of your choice

Conclusion
We have been led to believe if we kiss a frog enough times it will turn into Prince (or Princess) Charming. God says a frog is a frog no matter how often you kiss it. Get rid of it NOW.
