Psalms 86:8 (NKJV) Among the gods there is none like You, O Lord; Nor are there any works like Your works.
Exodus 15:11 (NKJV) "Who is like You, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders?
Introduction
Around the world men have devised an almost infinite number of gods. Some of these gods are hideous in their requirements for worship. But the Psalmist looks at Jehovah and exclaims in wonder, "Among the gods there is none like you, O Lord."
I. Some of the gods men have served
Romans 1:21-23 (NKJV) because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man; and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.

Exodus 34:5-7 (NKJV) Now the LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. 6 And the LORD passed before him and proclaimed, "The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and truth, 7 "keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children's children to the third and the fourth generation."

A. Sin JEHOVAH-TSIDKENU Jehovah our righteousness
Jeremiah 23:5-6 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Romans 5:17 For if by one man's offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.

B. JEHOVAH-M'KADDESH Jehovah who sanctifies
Leviticus 20:8 And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the Lord which sanctify you.
1 Corinthians 6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are wash but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the spirit of our God.
C. Spirit JEHOVAH-SHALOM Jehovah is peace
Judges 6:24a Then Gideon built an altar there unto the Lord, and called it Jehovah-shalom...
Colossians 1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself: by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
Ephesians 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us....
D. JEHOVAH-SHAMMAH Jehovah is there

Exodus 15:26 If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.
